I used this app for both babies after birth. Itʻs great to keep track of their “leaps” or mental and physical advancements through each stage and age. It gave us grace for the babies during the challenging times like crying for no reason.

Activators instead of supplements
I used to take a prenatal supplement vitamin. But for my 3rd, Iʻm taking these activators instead and a folate acid everyday. Check with your own doctor before use.
